Onsite - Santa Monica
Comp Range - 120-140k + bonus
Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the business and the broader HR team, design and deliver various talent
management solutions (e.g., performance management, employee engagement, leadership
development).
• Ensures the talent management solutions align with organizational strategy and company
culture.
• Build, plan, and manage leadership development programs end-to-end with a clear program
vision, timeline, communications plan, learning plan, and enablement of cross-functional
partners.
• Partner with the HR Operations team to determine appropriate talent metrics that measure
the success/impact of initiatives and programs.
• Lead core talent programs and processes that positively impact the company culture and
employee experience.
• Be an expert advisor to key stakeholders around talent management needs, risks, and
solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage best
practices and resources in talent management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as an HR Professional with a focus on Talent Management.
Bachelors Degree Required, Masters highly desired
Must be able to commute to office 5 days weekly in Santa Monica, CA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in professional work environments: Consulting, investment management, Real Estate, Technology, Software or similar
